    Description

Ever felt like the Grey Quarters were a bit of let down? Or wished simply for more Dunmer Content in Skyrim? Than this mod is for you. The overall goal of this mod is trying to expand the Grey Quarters by adding some new space to it, but also trying to blend the traditionell Style of Dunmer cities (like Balmora or Vivec) of Higher and Lower Parts with a traditionell Nord Style of Windhelm, to great a new and unique feeling.

But not only does this mod add new Buildings, it also fills them with life. This mod adds 2 new Food Vendors, 1 new Cloth Vendor, 1 new Book Vendor, 1 new General Goods Vendor, 1 new Alchemy Shop, a new Brothel (because every City Expansion seems to need one), one new fully functinal Inn, a True Tribunal Temple and of course a lot of Homes for all the new NPC's working in all this new Places. And as if that wasn't enough, there is also a small expansion to the Windhelm Docks, with a new Lighthouse, which has been converted into a Research Lab for some Telvanni Wizards.
