Windhelm by CleverCharff 4K 2K

Overhaul of Windhelm in 4K or 2K. Almost every Windhelm specific texture has been replaced, both exterior and interiors. Better Dynamic Snow (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/9121) highly recommend as well as a good ENB.

Special thanks to Pfuscher for letting me bug him with questions about Windhelm.

* Also, I tried to implement parallax but ran into conflicts with the snow shaders causing only outdoor textures to not load. If anyone has successfully gotten parallax meshes to work in Windhelm please let me know.

I also merged the puddle edge fix and the cobblestone grass fixes into version 1. 1, so you don't need to load the other 2 mods anymore - just the main one as it has everything in the package now.
