📋 About This Mod
This building has always been an eyesore to me, then 13 years in i realized the exterior doesn't even closely match the interior. the front levels of the building were way lower than the rest, it was missing all sorts of windows, and it was just generally flat and boring. So in the vein of Yuril's FYX series, here's my take on it.
-Added a proper roof on the rear sections with windows in as close of a match to the interior as i could make it
-Raised the front facade of the building to even it out with the sides and interior.
-Added two missing windows
-Details to both roofs were added cause i got tired of looking at them
-Edited the Valunstrad side of the building to mirror the main side
-added a couple columns to several parts to break up the monotony of the basic rectangles they used
-Various random details
-i fixed several awful UV's but it's honestly a mess of a mesh, so beyond a full remake i did what i could.
As an alternative to the flat windhelm ivy that i personally use a blank texture for, i've added 3D vines to the sides of the building instead as an optional file. i quite like the look of it, but to each their own. results will vary based on textures used of course. Poly count is pretty high on this one, so use at your own risk.
Both the new design and the version with ivy come with parallax versions for people that don't use ParallaxGen. I have no clue how to make complex meshes but i'll figure that out soon.
The esl file is to move a few light sources and the icicles and add light to the added windows.
