This is an addon for Saerileth's White Phial Replacer. You can choose between either SE-ported version:

Saerileth's White Phial Replacer 4K-2K ported, cleaned, and upscaled by xilamonstrr.
This mod adds ENB particle lights (ENB required) to the repaired version of the White Phial. All credit goes to Saerileth for their incredible work and sharing the original White Phial Replacer mod, Rudy102 for the amazing ENB particle light effect, lordjoseph7 for sharing/porting the mod to Special Edition, and xilamonstrr for sharing/porting a cleaned and upscaled version. Installation:
Install either the "White Phial Replacer SE" mod OR the "Saerileth's White Phial Replacer 4K-2K" mod and this mod with your preferred mod manager. Allow my mod to load after/overwrite. This mod requires that "EnableComplexParticleLights" to be on in the "Effects" section of the ENB UI and "EnableBigRange" must be turned on in the section.
Uninstallation:
Uninstall with your preferred mod manager.
