Wet Function Redux 的完全汉化，汉化了脚本，ESP 已标记为 ESL，Interface 里面的翻译 txt 文件我也修改了一些名词，无需源文件，我用着暂时没什么问题，如果有 bug 请在评论区反馈
只能说这个模组的脚本写的是有点烂的，需要翻译的字符串只有一小部分在 Interface 文件夹里面，大部分在 pex 文件里，用 xTranslator 打开一大堆需要翻译的，而且字符串和标识符互相掺杂，有些词条甚至无法翻译，有时候根本不知道有没有翻译错东西
联动的模组有些我并没有使用，所以名词可能有些差别
