📋 About This Mod
Description
Weapons and Armors Remastered
A retexture of Skyrim's original armor sets and weapons using PBR Metallic-Roughness workflow. This project brings Skyrim's gear into the modern era while preserving the original designs and spirit, but enhancing them with realistic materials, proper surface definition, and updated visual fidelity.
Unlike my previous mod Complex Armory, which was a conversion mod. This time I repaint them with proper materials so the quality will be higher.
Features
- []Complete Retexture. Vanilla armors and weapons recreated from the ground up with high-resolution textures (4k body and 2k everything else).
-
[]PBR Metallic Workflow. True to material reflections, metallic sheen, and correct roughness for leather, cloth, steel, iron, and more.
[]Lore Friendly Visuals. Faithful to Skyrim’s original art style while offering a fresh, more detailed look.
[]Designed for Community Shaders and ENB. Made to shine under your lighting setups that supports PBR or complex materials.

- Brings Skyrim's gear up to modern PBR standards without replacing meshes.
- Recently updated (Feb 2026), so it's actively maintained.
⚠️ Cons
- PBR and Complex Materials require specific ENB or shader setups to see full effect.
- May conflict with other retexture mods that alter the same armor and weapon textures.
- Performance impact on lower-end systems due to complex material shaders.
For Skyrim modders who want a visual upgrade to vanilla gear without changing gameplay. Ideal for those using ENB or other PBR-compatible shaders. Skip if you prefer gameplay overhauls or don't use advanced graphics mods.
