If you have the mentioned mod installed, you already have Watchers in your game and you don't need to download this mod which only adds the mentioned creature and no other creatures contained in the original mod;

Their bodies are covered by tentacles of different sizes that move slowly in the air helping the creature to float around the infinite corridors of the forbidden realm of knowledge.
