You'll find her at Honningbrew Meadery outside Whiterun.
To change her hairstyle or turn off physics: it's as easy as putting any wig in her inventory.
Use Wammy's bodyslide preset (Am Beefy) to match outfits or you can change her custom 3BA body from the "Elora" group in bodyslide.
The default body & skin option will also work for UNP body users.
