Walk Speed Adjustments (same speed for npc and player)

• []Faster walking speed for the player! (almost 50% faster when walking - no changes to running or sprinting)

  []NPCs walk with the same speed

  []NPCs "jog" faster (over 90% of player's running speed, rather than the ~60% in Vanilla)

  []Side effect: All NPCs casually walk faster than before

  [](Full Version only) Higher walk speed while sneaking (was WAY too low) and with weapons/magic drawn

  Compatibility:

  • []Made with Smilodon in mind (not required)

    []Not compatible with mods that change NPC movement speed values

    []Safe to add mid-game

    Load Order:

    • []Any mods that alter movement speeds (like Smilodon, Wildcat, ...)

      I am aware of other movement speed mods. But I haven't found any that do exactly what I wanted: fixing the player's and NPC walk speed when using a keyboard without completely overhauling how movement works.
