Vijke is a young Nord battlemage who is skilled with lightning and alteration spells, and one handed weapons. She is a quiet supporter of the Stormcloak cause, though she prefers to operate on her own terms. She travels Skyrim gathering information and allies to support the Stormcloaks. Vijke is patient, knowledgeable, insightful, and ruthless. Her anger is slow to rouse, but like a deadly storm when directed at her foes. She recently left her position at the College of Winterhold, preferring to take sides in the Civil War than remain neutral.

Vijke the Stormcaller is from Eastmarch where her family has long served the Jarls of Windhelm, including her mother's service during the Great War. As the daughter of a Thane, Vijke had access to education and skills training from an early age. Upon showing aptitude for the arcane arts, she secured a place at the College of Winterhold, where she trained for a time. After finishing her apprenticeship, Vijke preferred to train as a battlemage rather than dedicate herself to scholarship. When the Civil War broke out, she encouraged the College to get involved, but was rebuffed. Vijke thus left her position at Winterhold to seek out a way to serve Ulfric's cause, though on her own terms.

Vijke has recently joined the Stormcloak cause as an agent and arcane practitioner, and travels the nine holds offering her skills - finding this far preferable to sitting at the College impotently. She has recently arrived in Kynesgrove, and has concluded a short investigation into some potential Imperial activity.
