If you have the mentioned mod installed, you already have Vigilants in your game and you don't need to download this mod which only adds the mentioned creature and no other creatures contained in the original mod;

"Vigilants are peculiar floating blue daedra with eight large tentacles ending in triangular fins, connected to a small round body with one large central eye on each side and appearance similar to the eyes of octopuses. They also have an antenna that produces light in its end, similar to that used by some benthic fish, with unknown use.
They use their long tentacles to move between tight spaces in Apocrypha, looking for intruders or rebellious inhabitants in need of punishment. Under the relentless gaze of the Vigilants, the inhabitants of Apocrypha live in order in Herma Mora's realm of endless knowledge but strict discipline.
