Change the basic mage outfit for Vigilants of Stendarr by battlemages and battlemonks armor (creation club base) with according hoods,
helmets, gloves and boots.
Armor have integrated hood, like monks robes, to avoid mismatch and clipping.
Armor not craftable or temperable, created for the NPC's.
