This mod is dedicated to my dear friend Coldsun, the creator of Vayne, who recently gave her an incredible and much-deserved remastered version and allowed me to make this overhaul. Thank you for the work and for being a wonderful friend, a gentleman and a scholar! 💜

I wanted to portray Vayne the way I see her: dark, intriguing, confident, and seductive. She’s sharp, clever, and has just the right amount of attitude. Vayne isn’t just a beautiful face, she’s capable, dangerous, and more than able to handle whatever comes her way.

My goal was to keep her main traits intact: the white hair and purple eyes especially, but give them a look that felt more in line with how I picture her and how my dunmers look ingame (focusing on being lore-friendly and realistic). I chose a shorter, wavy hairstyle that, to me, fits her sexy persona. For the eyes, I customized one of the CVEO textures so it kept the feeling of her original look. I tweaked the sclera to be darker and slightly redder, which gave her a sharper, more intense gaze and helped the purple stand out naturally. I made her skin a bit darker and more gray, closer to how most of my Dunmers look, while keeping the purple tones in her makeup because I think it suits her really well. On little details, she has two custom tattoos, a piercing in the nose and long dark nails. She comes with 2 options for makeup, Nightshade, closer to her original makeup with slightly purple lips, and Black Dahlia, darker, moodier with black lipstick.

Since I wanted Vayne to look a bit sexier, I adjusted my The Common Lass bodyslide preset and included it in the mod as a special preset named Vayne. I also gave her three new Skypatcher outfit options, all in black (or black with gold), which felt right for her style: FafnyB's Templar Assassin (Black), SmolSaltLemon's Grievous Rose (Black + Gold) & Ashtoreth's Black Hellebore (Black)
