📋 About This Mod
This is a complete set of parallax textures for the city of Windhelm. It's part of a series of mods that I will be releasing to add parallax to vanilla textures. The earliest ones are to support Terrain Parallax Blending Fix, but I plan to do more.

This mod adds parallax effects to vanilla Windhelm textures, giving the city's surfaces a subtle 3D depth while preserving the original Skyrim aesthetic. It's part of a series of vanilla parallax mods, and with 456 endorsements and 127,555 downloads, it's a well-received visual enhancement for players who want improved textures without overhauling the game's look.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community-approved with 456 endorsements and over 127k downloads.
- Keeps the classic Skyrim look while adding a subtle 3D effect.
- Simple visual upgrade that doesn't overhaul the game's style.
⚠️ Cons
- Requires a parallax-enabled ENB or shader setup to see the effect.
- Only affects Windhelm, so other cities won't get the same treatment.
- Potential conflicts with other texture mods that alter Windhelm's meshes.
For Skyrim players who want to enhance the vanilla look of Windhelm without changing its character. If you're using an ENB with parallax support and want a subtle depth boost, this is for you. Skip if you prefer full texture overhauls or don't use an ENB.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure your ENB or shader supports parallax; otherwise, you won't see the effect.
- Place this mod after other texture mods in your load order to ensure it takes priority.
- Check the mod's forum for compatibility notes with popular Windhelm overhauls.
