📋 About This Mod
Mod Overview
Very simple MCM menu to adjust how many victims drained/hearts eaten are needed to earn Perk Points for Vampire Lords and Werewolves respectively. To my knowledge, none of the major Vampire/Werewolf mods have an option to adjust this so I decided to make it myself.
Through the MCM, you can change the parameter, "Base Kills Needed Per Perk", within the following formula:
Total Kills Needed Per Perk = Base Kills Needed Per Perk + (Total Perks Earned * 2)
For reference, in vanilla "Base Kills Needed Per Perk" is 5. So if you want to slow down perk progression, set the value higher than 5. If you want to speed it up, set it lower than 5.
Through the MCM, you can also view how many more kills are needed to unlock the next perk.
Compatibility
No vanilla record edits were made. The mod should be compatible with ALL Vampire and Werewolf mods (even those that add new perks).
Let me know if anything seems off, and I can see about making a patch.
Requirements and Installation
MCM Helper - Required.
Just install the mod using your preferred mod manager. Position in Load Order is irrelevant.

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community-tested with 127 endorsements and over 164k downloads.
- Gives you direct control over perk progression without console commands.
- Simple MCM integration means no messy ini editing.
⚠️ Cons
- Only affects kill requirements—no other progression tweaks.
- Requires SkyUI and SKSE, which some players avoid.
- Potential conflicts with other mods that alter perk progression or MCM menus.
For Skyrim players who find the default kill grind for Vampire Lord or Werewolf perks too slow or too fast. If you're a completionist or roleplayer who wants to tailor progression, this is a handy tool. Skip if you're fine with vanilla pacing or don't use MCM mods.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure you have SkyUI and SKSE installed before adding this mod, or the MCM menu won't appear.
- Load this mod after other gameplay overhauls to avoid overwriting your kill requirement settings.
- Test the new kill counts on a fresh save to see if the pacing feels right before committing.
