Download the module and extract the "hishyNpcEnchantFix" folder into zEdit's modules folder.
Open zEdit and select either Skyrim or Skyrim SE.
Press Crtl + Shift + P or click the puzzle piece icon in the title bar
Click Build by zPatch.esp
