📋 About This Mod
DESCRIPTION
I have found myself adding more Spaghetti's Cities series mods and ending having festival ropes in every almost city. Which is a nice addition but has some issues:
1) Vanilla festival ropes use Solitude City banner texture. If you use dark and worn banners texture mod, festival ropes would look dark. To change it you would have to change Solitude City banner so banner consistency would be lost.
2) Having the same colors in every city can became boring very quickly, and the colors don't fit city's hold color theme.
3) When using Holidays mod, there will be huge mismatch in festival ropes colors during holiday times.
I decided to do sth about it. With the help of Base Object Swapper I started to swap the ropes.
Before and after
Textures are recreated from upscaled vanilla base, colors fit Holidays color patterns so it should work well together.
EVERY festival rope including default one now use textures from this mod for consistency.
Every main city and most towns are being taken care of by the SWAP file. If you want me to add any other location, please leave a request.
INSTALLATION
Requirements:
Base Object Swapper
I suggest installing by using a mod manager. Should work with manual copying the files to data folder as well, I just don't recommend that.
COMPATIBILITY
NO NIF WAS KILLED MODIFIED in the process so you can use whatever festival rope nif line you like. I suggest using Solitude Objects SMIMed - festival ropes.
Unique Festival Ropes will work with Solitude vanilla festival ropes and with EVERY mod that adds new festival ropes as long they use the vanilla record SRopefestivalLine01.

How can I change flag color?
You can either modify SWAP file if you want to use rope from different hold, or you can modify the texture. As long as you don't change flag position everything should be fine.
There are other Festival Flags mods, why should I use this one?
For lovely colors and compatibility :) Each of this mods does a good job, you can use the one you like the most. This mod may fit better Holidays mod additional ropes.
