Plain and simple; this mod replaces two effect meshes:
'fxambsnowblowingdrifttip.nif' and 'fxambsnowblowingplane.nif'
with empty files. Therefore, you will never see this ugly effect again, anywhere.

This will replace the meshes mentioned before (not textures), but from what I've seen,
no other mods on the nexus affect them anyways!
That means this mod will remove the effect from locations introduced by mods like 'Enderal' or the 'Beyond Skyrim's.
