Hi everybody, i'm Vuldwiin or Drk090 if you like.
I created this patch that moves the pillar of Lighting Shield in Dawnstar from the town where it can't be reached due to new buildings from Jk'S skyrim to a new location near by Dawnstar.
I know, a patch for this already exist but for some reasone doesn't work properly on my game, so I decided to do it by myself and share my work with other people that have my exact same problem. Enjoy!
