The house key can be purchased in Bits and Pieces under the 'misc' tab, upon purchase the actual key will enter your inventory, the

base price is 2000 gold however it varies depending your speech level/skills and may cost considerably more. Note: exterior may conflict with Solitude overhaul mods.

The house was designed with my next playthrough's character in mind and the theme leans heavily into an alchemist/mage character, the house is also quite small and only contains a single double bed; making it unsuitable for any adoptions and companions.

Interior decorations are all static so there isn't any unfortunate accidents that may fling everything around the house, the house is also separated into 3 different floors that may be accessed by a staircase ladder; the first floor is a kitchen, entryway and a small cozy living room. The second floor contains the main bookshelf, most of the storage containers and the workbenches; there is currently two main workstations, alchemy table and an enchanting table but the staff enchanter is included nearby the enchanting table. The third and top floor is the bedroom level, it has small desk and chair, the main wardrobe with several drawers and of course, the bed.

Safe to install using mod manager of choice or manually, conflicts may appear with other mods as the resources used were publicly available and are used by many other authors. Please report any damaging conflicts.
