The really high-heeled Vanilla shoes and boots is a complete set of high heels remodeled for CBBE and you need to use Bodyslide to generate models. The set includes ALL Skyrim, Dawnguard, and Dragonborn Vanilla shoes and boots.
Installation:
The mod can be installed with NMM.
Basics - always make sure you have the latest SKSE and the latest Unofficial Skyrim patch installed.
1. Install Groovtama's XPMS Extended
2. Install RaceMenu High Heels
3. Install CBBE
4. Install Bodyslide and Outfit Studio
5. Install a physics mod such as CBPC or HDT Physics (you'll have to find this one outside of the Nexus).
6. Install The really high-heeled Vanilla shoes and boots according to your preferences.
Generating high heels with Bodyslide:
Make sure to install Bodyslide files during installation
I'll assume you know how to find and run Bodyslide.exe from the correct Skyrim => Data => CalienteTools => Bodyslide folder.
1) Open bodyslide
2) Load up your preferred bodyshape or preset.
3) Under "Group Filter", select "Choose Groups".
4) You can choose your favorite or all of them from the following list of options that start with "Real High heels":
