This extensive mod features a player house near Whiterun, epic treasures, unique NPCs and followers, powerful equipment, weapons and spells. There are new locations to explore, several eastereggs and much more to discover.

Main Features:

Player Home

A Player Home near Whiterun with everything you need. The estate contains things like blacksmith forge, workbenches, smelters, grain mill, garden with fertile soils for planting, an oven as well as some training dummies with which you can improve your skills and much more. The house is fully Hearthfire compatible, which means your whole family can move in, but you need to install the mod Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions for this to work, which is optional (after installation, cast the new "Bless Home" spell in the house). If you don't want your family to move in, you don't need to install this additional mod.

The house is located west from Whiterun and can be obtained for 7,500 gold from Aventus Avenicci, the Jarl's steward in Whiterun. Just read the note at the door to start the short quest.

Various changes can be made in the house, such as different carpets in front of the bar or a different tablecloth in the dining area. In addition, you can turn on and off some lights to create different moods.

Equipment and Weapons

The mod features powerful equipment, weapons and spells which are optimal for end game or higher difficulties. Beginners will profit massively from new gear.

Some new spells have been added. You can find them in treasure chests during the quests.

Several skill books have been added to merchants in this mod, 18 in total. They will teach you the corresponding skill infinitely. Make sure to buy them all if you can afford the money.
