A port of a port!
Some additional changes I made to my own taste:
SMP parameter adjustments. I made the cloth weightier, so they are flappier than the original.
I also separated out the sash/tie thing into its own mesh and gave it SMP bones.
I did not convert the chest belt piece, because weight painting and manually adjusting all the sliders was driving me crazy - someone please do this? I did this, it was a pain in the ass. It doesn't work very well but you get what you get
Requires the original mod for textures and esp. You will also need SMP.
