I always thought it was odd that the Jagged Crown would just simply disappear after completing the quest to find it, but with my mod the Jagged Crown will appear in Solitude or Windhelm depends on the side you choose in the war. The place for the crown has been chosen carefully to prevent clipping and incompatibilities with interior and lighting mods.

This mod should be compatible with everything.
How to test the mod (optional)
Create a new save and type in the console these lines: setstage cw02a 200 (imperial quest) or setstage cw02b 200 (stormcloaks quest) and then enter the Castle Dour or the Palace of The Kings.
