The Great Cities of JK's North - Patch - ZX Additions and Edits

Description

Adds a few interesting things and fixes the the mod "The Great Cities of JK's North - Patch".

- Made all roofs in Morthal a snowy variant. JK's Skyrim used to have some hay roofs snowy and some others not snowy, resulting in a weird looking roof

- Removed some useless stockades in Dawnstar because there were too many. The space is more open and looks better

- Added an small-size East Empire Company storage area in Winterhold, in the same court as where the forge is located. There was a guard at this location guarding "nothing", because the Jarl's quarters used to be at this location, but "TGCoJKNorth" moves the Jarl's quarters to the keep in the mountains. Therefore, this area was barely used and looked weird with that guard here for no reason. Now, the guard is guarding something: a small area with a chest full of stuff :)
