The Crew - A Wabbajack Modlist for Skyrim VR

Introduction

The Crew VR, a Wabbajack modlist for Skyrim VR. This page hosts the wabbajack modlist itself and large support files, particularly large output files from ParallaxGen, DynDOLOD, etc.

Instructions on installing the list, a complete description of what it is and its goals, and other important information is in The Crew VR Readme on the Articles tab. It is vitally important that you read through at least the first section of that article.

  What this list is

  This list has the following goals:

  • []Provide a selection of compelling companions.[/]

    []Enhance the visuals of the game with the latest Community Shaders, lighting mods, and PBR.[/]

    []Enhance the VR experience with some of the latest mods like Floating Subtitles VR and Interactive Activators.[/]

    []Enhance the gameplay, progression, and combat without being punishing.[/]

    []Provide a NSFW experience for those who wish to, er, experience it.[/]

    The game will be more challenging than vanilla, and you might encounter a situation where it's best to retreat and come back later. You should still be able to handle pretty much everything eventually, especially if you bring a couple of friends. Some of the followers come with their own questlines that include new locations, but these are oriented around the follower mods, not large-scale DLC-type content.

    What this list is not

    Most popular Wabbajack lists and Nexus Collections include expansions to the world in the form of popular large mods such as VIGILANT, Wyrmstooth, Project AHO, Beyond Skyrim - Bruma, Clockwork, Moonpath to Elsweyr, and so on. While these are amazing works, and I've enjoyed several of them, I've found that I get the most enjoyment out of compelling companions and mods that enhance the experience of playing Skyrim and the two main DLCs, Dawnguard and Dragonborn. Therefore, with this list I've explicitly omitted:

    []Any large mod like VIGILANT that adds a bunch of new content and worldspace.[/]

    []Legacy of the Dragonborn. It's amazing but I wanted to keep a narrower focus when it comes to content.[/]

    []Mods and overhauls to the game mechanics that make it a lot more difficult. It's Skyrim, not Dark Souls.[/]
