Make sure you are on a Female Breton Race - Click Presets > Load Preset Scroll to find "Zen's The Countess Female Breton" Load the preset. Done Enjoy!
If for some reason the preset does not load correctly, this is likely you do not have all requirements the main culprit been HIGH POLY HEAD this is not obtained from Nexus but from Vectorplexis if all else fails click Sculpt next to presets and Import Zen's The Countess Female Breton Sculpt, Then load the preset again if needed.
