📋 About This Mod
Lil player house in the snowy part of Solstheim
Simple wooden house with a sappy story (romantic Christmas mood! sort of).
It's located somewhat near the Skaal Village. You can take the path west from the village, pass the Wind Stone, cross the river at Headwaters of Harstrad and follow the road downstream from there. Check the pictures for a map image (and also the key placement, if you're stuck).
There is enough space (barely) for a spouse and two kids. You're going to need Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions or a similar mod in order to move the family there.
Crafting stations: forge, grindstone, armor workbench, tanning rack, alchemy table, enchanting table, cooking&baking pot.
