Stokk Fix - Simple Acrobatics and Athletics

Experience Changes:

I thought it made sense for heavy inventories to strengthen the player legs faster than light ones. Additionally that running around with heavy stuff should improve jumping, not just running experience.

This is a way of working around incompatibility with CGO. With CGO installed jump experience will not be gained while in 1st person camera. Not from jumping at least, so piggy-backing jump experience from running is a cheap way to work around that limitation.

Fix:

I found "Stokk - Simple Acrobatics and Athletics" was failing to apply boosts upon game load. It was particularly the jump that stood out as unchanged.

The ReferenceAlias script looked perfectly capable of dealing with the game load, but wasn't. So the only remaining explanation was the reference wasn't pointing to the player. I merely added the following line to the OnInit() function

self. ForceRefTo(Game. GetPlayer())

Future:

I will see about reworking the experience system entirely, and adding some options to better tweak the new changes or disable them in favour of the legacy experience. As well as potentially a plugin to work around the CGO jump detection issue, or any other fix I can figure out.

.. And potentially a system for modifying the rate of stamina regen based on various factors. For example if you sprint 20 meters and run out of steam, you'll recover pretty quick. You run 10km and maybe not so much. I'd be boosting the base stamina regen quite a bit, and having the rate decrease over time and with continual depletion like -0. 001 rate/staminaSpent
