A simple patch that grants the NPCs from the mods Buxom Wench Yuriana and Immersive Wenches the bodies you are using in your playthrough, enabling the use of OBody NG and personalized physics. Only applies to nude bodies, not to base mod clothing. For clothing, there is a patch on Discord created by PINGERS, who is slowly converting all outfits to 3BA, so be patient with them.
But in the meantime, you can enjoy 3BA bodies with your own BodySlide physics and change them to your liking with OBody. Install the patch "YurianaWench Standalone Body.esp" that grants BWY and IW of any version the options of OBody NG and custom physics. If you are using the mod "OBody NG Preset Distribution Assistant", by default you will have the voluminous bodies for the girls without the need to use the "O" key or modify OBody JSON files. Everything will be automatic. You can also change the bodies to your liking with the "O" key whenever you want.
