This uses a papyrus script to reset the sprint/sneak whenever you finish drawing/sheathing a weapon/spell, equipping a torch/shield/staff or using shouts. It will cause the character to jitter slightly when the sprint/sneak gets reset.
It should be compatible with any mods that edit movement and sprinting, including animation mods.
There are a few bugs that are not fixed by this: (If I manage to resolve them, I will include fixes in an update)
