📋 About This Mod
Springwood was built by a merchant who married Lia, a beautiful bard born in Whiterun. He built the house so She could have her own piece of her dear hold inside the walls of Solitude. After his dear Lia's death, he decided to put the house for sale and go back to his life as an adventurer exploring Skyrim to find new treasures.
The house is fully compatible with Hearth fires and you can adopt up to 4 children. To be able to adopt the children you must have installed Hearthfire multiple adoptions by TMPhoenix and use the spell "bless this home" to be able to move with your family.
