Sowables of Skyrim - Wheat

This mod contains a higher poly version of the vanilla wheat mesh and an up-scaled and cleaned version of the vanilla wheat texture.

Mesh Changes

• []The wheat bundle/sheaf section of the mesh has been subdivided and smoothed so it does not appear so angular.

  []UV maps were updated for the bundle/sheaf portion of the mesh

  []The crown and base of the wheat bundles/sheaves are more luscious now

  []Unharvested wheat plant now has 1726 triangles and 1259 vertices (Vanilla: 551 triangles, 468 vertices)

  []Also includes a modified item menu wheat mesh (NiAlpha property changed to make wheat more connected at tips)

• []The vanilla texture was AI up-scaled from 1k to 2k

  []The base texture and normal map were then further tweaked in Substance 3D Sampler

  []Also includes an up-scaled version of the item menu wheat

  Installation

  • []Download and install with your mod manager of choice

    []Make sure this mod wins any conflicts or you won't see the changes made by the mod

  Compatibility

  • []This mod is compatible with any texture replacements that work with the vanilla meshes. If you want to use the texture from another mod, simply load the textures after this mod.

    []If you want to use the texture from this mod but the meshes from another mod, hide the meshes or let the other mod's mesh win the conflict.

    Permissions and Credits

    All assets contained in this mod are modified vanilla assets. I am sharing this mod with open permissions, and you can use this mod or modify so long as you share your mod with open permissions too. This includes porting the mod to other versions of the game, such as LE, Xbox, etc.
