No .esp, and should be compatible with any mesh/texture replacers (it just adds a texture to the spires, doesn't replace any textures)
In vanilla it comes as one pieces, with the spires as ugly stretched stone.
I separated the tower spires from the main mesh and gave it a rusty metallic texture so it looks better an makers more sense.
Added a parallax version as well for those of you using mods like Soul Cairn HD Parallax version.
