📋 About This Mod
This is the eighth mod in a long line of upcoming mods that attempt to sort the multitude of spells available, both in vanilla Skyrim and in Nexus mods, into a concise and effective renaming system in order to make finding spells easier. This mod focuses specifically on the spells that are provided by Bloodmoon. If you haven't already, I suggest you try this mod out, and if you like it, endorse it!
In short, every single spell has been sorted according to the following system:
-
[]First, a parenthesis is added at the beginning to tell you which school the spell belongs to, e.g. "(D)" for Destruction, "(C)" for Conjuration, and so on.
[
]Second, the prefix "Blood" has been added at the beginning of every spell, to distinguish it from other types of spells.[]Finally, a short description is given of what form it takes, e.g. if it's Concentration, Bolt, Cloak, Rune, etc.
Here is a full description of the name that every spell has been given:

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Solid download count (22,599) shows real demand for this QoL fix.
- Solves a genuine annoyance—hunting through a cluttered spell list mid-combat.
- Lightweight and focused; does one thing and does it well.
⚠️ Cons
- Only 65 endorsements compared to downloads—some players may not feel strongly about it.
- Last updated in 2023, so it might not be compatible with newer mod setups or patches.
- Potential conflicts with other UI or spell-list overhaul mods.
For Morrowind players who rely on the Favorites menu and want a cleaner, more intuitive spell list. If you're tired of scrolling through unsorted spells during combat, this is a quick fix. Skip if you use a comprehensive UI overhaul that already sorts spells.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure to place the mod files in your Morrowind Data Files folder and enable it in the launcher.
- If you use a mod manager like Wrye Mash or Mod Organizer 2, install it through that to keep your load order clean.
- Test the Favorites menu after installing to confirm the sorting works with your other UI mods.
