Made because I got tired of trying to swim from Solitude to the swamp. :D
ESL-flagged and cleaned/checked for errors with xEdit.
I put it over close to the sawmill, so hopefully it doesn't conflict with too many things that edit Solitude/the harbour area.
Permissions are open, so please feel free to make patches. 👍
