Bolli owns the Riften Fishery, supplying fish products to most of Skyrim.

His wife Nivenor is sick and tired of Bolli giving so much money to the needy, and has decided to update their home, inside and out!

Mod Features:

• []ESL flagged main plugin and patches...won't count against your max plugin count.

  []Redesigned the entire area, adding/replacing a lot of vanilla non-static clutter, furniture, foliage, light sources, and other decorations for esthetics and immersion (very few static/ non-interactive items)

  []Added some exterior updates as well...no navmesh or landscape edits (except for a load door onto the deck)

  []Added occlusion plane to maintain decent FPS.

  Compatibility:

  • []Compatible with any NPC editing mods (this mod doesn't touch NPCs)

    []Compatible out of the box with USSEP, SLAWF, Skyrim Project Optimization, and Interesting NPCs

  • Requires a SMIM-based Upper Furniture mesh/texture required (SMIM, Rally's, Skyland, etc)
