Owned by one of the wealthiest families in Skyrim, Black-Briar Lodge is huge and spacious, but pretty empty and boring.

This mod redesigns and adds interesting touches to the entire interior and exterior of Black-Briar Lodge, including a medium-sized cavern oasis within the mountain next door!

Oh...and now you can purchase Black Briar Lodge as a player home (Optional 6-bed childrens' room with Hearthfires support)!!

Mod Features:

• []ESM flagged main plugin (too big and adds a cell, so can't flag as esl)

  []Redesigned the Interior... Added windows to match the exterior, added a housekeeper and bedroom, a bathing room, a medium-sized cavern with swimming area, alchemy and enchanting stations, custom drapery and tablecloths, and added/replaced a lot of vanilla clutter, furniture, foliage, light sources, and other decorations for esthetics and immersion (very few static/ non-interactive items)

  []Redesigned the exterior...added a deck, a garden, a crafting shack, shutters and lighing to the house itself, and added/replaced a lot of vanilla clutter, furniture, foliage, light sources, and other clutter and decorations

  []Added occlusion planes to maintain decent FPS.

  []Added Housekeeper to keep the place tidy.

  []Black Briar Lodge can become a purchasable player home with optional 6-bed childrens' room with Hearthfires support... Talk to Maven after you become Thane of Riften and completed the quest Promises to Keep.
