Details
This mod restores floating particles for all slow time effects. They were conditioned out not to appear either on purpose or not. This affected all particle effects that didnt have a distance check for their effect to apply, it just so happens to be that only slow time effects don't use a specific location check for their particles.
But isn't this in vanilla already?
