By using mods that were made for Skyrim 2011 that edit exterior cells the water in that cell may not be seamless with the cells around it causing the flow of water to be flowing in the wrong direction or the water to be a different type and color. This mod will fix that issue. This way the mod authors do not need to worry if their mod is not updated to support the new water flow in exterior cells.
Make sure that this mod is at the end of the load order to ensure it will overwrite the Skyrim 2011 mods that cause the water flow issues.
