OK I sort of figure TPOSC has potential merit here with Skyrim Together Reborn mod, and as it seems Skyrim together will grow it is sensible to develop a version of TPOSC for it. A summary of mod content is featured below and as you will only be using TPOSC and a few other mods I will forego the usual warning about compatibility...
This version of TPOSC is the latest and amended version for the STR mod.
The People Of Skyrim Complete is a well-established mod of many years, with stable gameplay and is an AiO overhaul of Skyrim; it provides many challenges for collective gameplay, and I think it could save a lot of hassle for users and groups using STR. Rather than running a collection of many other mods which will require patching/support and the complications that can bring from group gameplay TPOSC might just be the right kind of mod for the STR platform and for many users cutting out the complications of multiple mod use.
This version of the People Of Skyrim Complete is an all-in-one immersive mod for Skyrim and Skyrim Together Reborn and is not to be used with any other world edits or spawning mods, for now, use only texture mods, water mods, Skyrim Together Reborn, the Unofficial patch and Alternate Start. Mods that work with STR.
The only requirements are the Skyrim Together Reborn mod. This mod is only to be used for STR and will be developed accordingly, and although the Skyrim Together Reborn mod is not a hard requirement, all future development/patches and fixes for this version will be for use with Skyrim Together Reborn Only.
The reasons for this approach are manyfold.
You should only be running the mods listed above and your load order should be run like this...

tposc_fishing_patch for AE Fishing... use the patches from THIS mods download area.

Place and load Skyrim Together Reborn as instructed by the author of that mod for best use.
You have to run a lod generator for TPOSC as lods are not provided in this mod pack.
