Skyland Watercolor aims to recolor the water in Skyrim to be more colorful, yet retain a deep sense of realism. Watch the water color and dynamics change depending on weather and lighting. This mod works well as a standalone and for vanilla style waters or with water mods such as Water for ENB and RW2. Also works with survival mods such as iNeed.

This mod includes:

Compatibility with iNeed and other survival mods.
ENB Settings:
Set your ENB water muddiness to around 75-90 for best results. You won't get neon colors in foggy or rainy weather. As with anything, using an ENB or CS will alter how your water looks and may look different from the images.
