  This mod includes my Skeletal Vampires mod (LE/SE-AE), you do not need to install said mod if you use my new mod. If you have it installed, you can delete it, as this new mod already includes the Skeletal Vampires. However, keeping both installed will spawn twice the skeletal vampire enemies;

After long tortures, where the vampire prisioner's skin, flesh and muscles are torn out in 

cold blood in a ritualistic way, his blood is completely drained, and his mind is broken, the vampire's skeletal remains are then reanimated and given little to no sentience, but an uncontrollable thirst for blood, to make them the fearless guards of the hideouts of the 

dread bloodsuckers."
