Are you ready to be one of the richest men in Skyrim!? Start your journey with properties in poor and low value locations to climb up the latter of wealth. From the washed out city of Winterhold to the bustling streets of Solitude, make your move and dine with the nobles.

Having an endless stream of income means you can set out adventuring without worrying about gathering every inch of loot to cover your expenses. Ofcourse, you don't want to just outright cheat, so why not climb your way to that goal with a little sacrifice? This way you can still have a sense of personal achievement.

Properties go as low as 2,000 gold pieces all the way up to 30,000! 5,000 gold pieces can land you a decent amount of options, but if you want properties with high returns you have to put forth a little more. You will always get back everything you put in at the same rate though, so don't relent on buying the cheaper properties.

 Customize Your Experience! 

Don't feel like the money is coming in fast enough? Perhaps the amount you make monthly is pennies to you, and you just need more! With my scripts pulling data from globals, you have full control over how much money you make and when. I tried to keep things as balanced as I could, but of course I am only one guy so my opinion matters little.
