Through the Divine Crusader CC content, we're trying to give the Silver Hand faction more "Character." You obviously need to own AE.
1- Faction NPCs will have the "Divine Crusader" armor set, nerfed, without the magic attributes.
2- Silver crossbows have been integrated into the faction.
