Overview

Shout Progression is a lightweight SKSE plugin that makes your shouts grow stronger and reach farther as you absorb dragon souls. Each collected dragon soul directly enhances both the power and distance of your shouts.

  How it works

  The plugin uses a simple formula to scale your shouts:

  Modified Value = Base Value (1. 0 + Dragon Souls Multiplier)

  For example: (with default settings)

  • []5 souls: 1. 2× distance, 1. 15× magnitude[/]

    []10 souls: 1. 4× distance, 1. 3× magnitude[/]

    []25 souls: 2. 0× distance, 1. 75× magnitude[/]

    By default, it counts only unspent souls. You can tweak this in the ini file.

    Configuration Options

    Edit ShoutProgression.ini to customize the plugin behavior:

    • []fDistanceMultiplier - Controls how much distance increases per dragon soul. Set to 0. 0 to disable distance scaling.[/]
      • []fMagnitudeMultiplier - Controls how much power increases per dragon soul. Set to 0. 0 to disable magnitude scaling.[/]
        • []fCooldownReduction - Cooldown time reduction per dragon soul. Default: 0. 01 (1%)[/]

        • []fMinCooldownMultiplier - Caps how much cooldown can be reduced. Default: 0. 2 (20% of original cooldown)[/]
          • []iMaxDragonSouls - Caps scaling at this soul count to prevent excessive power with very high soul counts.[/]
            • []bCountSpentSouls - Toggle between total absorbed souls (true) or only unspent souls (false). With false, you choose between powerful shouts or unlocking new words.[/]
