Shiramichi Manor- Akaviri Player Home

           

An Akaviri style player home along the coast, west of Castle Volkihar. It is available for purchase for 2,500 septims by interacting with the for sale sign out front.

There are three floors of the main house. The first floor has two rooms, a kitchen and a blacksmithing area.

The second floor has a bathroom with a bathtub and custom toilet, a main dining area, a small shrine, a room for up to six children, compatible with Multiple Adoptions, and a room for the two followers included. One follower is a woman named Hinane and one is a man named Kiji , both have kimonos for housewear and samurai armor in their inventories.

The third floor is the master. There is a bathroom, shrine, bedroom, seating/office area, and a room for alchemy/enchanting. There is also a door that leads out to the balcony.

The basement leads to a cave grotto with an onsen area and a side complex with five double beds, so this house can fit ten followers on top of the two included.

There are a number of samurai armors and kimonos included from Blades Samurai Armour and Kimonos. If you already have that mod you can safely have either over-write the other.

There are also three custom katanas included.

Many of these meshes and textures I bought as a pack from a creator on Unity. It took me about a week just to convert and add collisions to them. I've been making a massive tropical Akaviri island city with them for almost a year. I decided I could just whip out a small house mod with the assets in like a week. I haven't given up on the other mod, I just needed another faster project lol.
