DESCRIPTION

She's a vampire from the anime/web novel Overlord. She's supposed to be some kind of crazy and evil vampire girl obsessed with the main character. I decided to make her use hand to hand combat and a custom vampire drain spell and some utility magic. She's got perks and enchantments that make her powerful. You can teacher spells with other mods if you like as well.

Also, she apparently stuffs her dress to appear more well endowed, likely having self esteem issues.

Shalltear is a vampire who worked with an evil Lich/Necromancer. She used to be devoted to him and in love with him. One day, a group of humans raided their headquarters. They were all killed except for one who managed to get away. Shalltear was order to go after her. Shalltear nearly got her, but the human girl used a powerful scroll resulting in Shalltear being blinded for a period of time, unable see, hear, smell, nor think straight. Shalltear wandered around aimlessly for days. The scroll did something to her. She was no longer loyal to the Lich and she no longer had a desire or taste for blood...at least, not as strong as before. She now wanders Tameriel alone, mostly looking for new dresses to buy. The last place she was seen was Radiant Raiment in Solitude.
