This is a complex parallax addon for the shadowmarks that you can sometimes find outside specific points of interest of the thieves guild. Contains an esl-flagged plugin containing the correct texture set pathing to enable the parallax decals effect. Uses environmental masks with alpha channel for the heightmap.
