Scriptures of the Dragon Cult

This mod adds a fully voiced, lore-friendly questline in which you assist Farengar in his research on the Dragon Cult and work with Viarmo at the Bards College to turn your findings into bardic lays.

Travel to ancient temples, recover journal entries and letters, and uncover who the Dragon Priests were behind their masks.

  How to Start

  With the Wooden Mask in your inventory, speak to Farengar and choose: "I came across an artifact you might find interesting. ".

  You can find the Wooden Mask outside Labyrinthian, on the ground near the pedestal of the eight Dragon Priest masks.

  Keep the mask after starting the quest. You will need it again later.

  Essential NPCs: Farengar and Viarmo must be alive.

  Known Issues / Vanilla Dungeon Behavior

  This questline sends you into several Dragon Priest lairs.

  Please be aware of a known vanilla issue: some puzzles, doors, or scripted events in these dungeons do not always reset correctly if the location has already been visited before.
